1. Data controller

We apply this policy in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of RS no. 87/2018, “ZZPL”).

2. What data we collect and why

a) Inquiries by email

When you send an inquiry we process the data you provide: name, phone, email address, type of work, description, dimensions, location and any photographs you attach. The site has no submission form: you send the inquiry yourself, directly to our email address, so no data is entered on the site or passes through its server.

Purpose: answering your inquiry, preparing a quote and, if we agree, performing the work. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (Art. 12(1)(2) ZZPL) and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (point 6).

b) Calls and messages

If you call us or message us (phone, social networks) we process your phone number and the content of the conversation, only to respond to your request.

c) Technical data about your visit

The server hosting the site may automatically record your IP address, date and time of access, pages requested and browser data (server logs), solely for security and proper operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security and stability of the site).

d) Cookies and local storage

See the Cookie policy. The site does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising.

3. How long we keep data

Inquiries and correspondence without a concluded job: up to 2 years from the last communication.
Data relating to a concluded job (quote, contract, invoice, warranty): for the periods required by accounting and tax law, and warranty data until the warranty expires.
Server logs: at most 12 months, unless longer retention is needed to investigate a security incident.

4. Who receives data

We do not sell data. Access may be given only to: our employees and contractors working on your inquiry, the provider of hosting and IT support for the site (as processor, under contract), the email service provider, our accountants, and public authorities where required by law. We do not transfer data outside the Republic of Serbia unless necessary for email or hosting services, and then only with the safeguards required by law.

The site contains links to external sites (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps). Once you open them, those sites’ privacy policies apply, over which we have no control.

5. Your rights

Under the ZZPL you have the right to:

be informed whether we process your data and to access it;
have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;
have data erased when there is no longer a basis for keeping it;
restrict processing;
object to processing based on legitimate interest;
data portability, where the legal conditions are met;
withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing).

Send your request to office@mobilmont.rs. We will respond without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of receiving the request (extendable by a further 60 days, with notice, for complex requests). We do not charge a fee, except for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

6. Right to complain

If you believe your data is processed contrary to the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection: Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

7. Security and automated decisions

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS connection, restricted access, updated systems). We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling.

8. Children

The site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect data about minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy; the current version is always on this page with the date of last update.
